Hi, I’m Marco Diazgranados,

a Software Technical Lead and Career Coach with two decades of experience turning complex problems into simple, powerful tech solutions.

I started my career as a software consultant. Startups, banking, motor company and earth sciences are the sectors that I’ve experienced; helping companies streamline processes through custom applications. Over time, I’ve led teams, modernized legacy systems, and built tech that makes a real impact — from simplifying banking operations to implementing anti–money laundering analytics 15 years ago, when data-driven solutions were still rare.

One of the projects I’m most proud of? Helping a major bank modernize over 20 internal apps — making them faster, easier to use, and a breeze to maintain. That’s when I realized the power of great software: it doesn’t just work — it empowers people.

But tech isn’t just about code.

It’s about people. Growth. Opportunity.

And that’s where my true passion lives — mentoring.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve helped hundreds of junior developers and career changers grow into confident, skilled professionals. Whether they were just getting started or feeling stuck, I offered not just advice — but strategies tailored to them.
